The Cellar bar is suitable for events for 100 people standing or approximately 60 seated.
Our pricing is based on half days (approximately 5 hours). Generally functions are booked for the afternoon or evening but we do offer full day hire as well.
We don't believe in charging for unnecessary extras so all our quotes are made bespoke to your individual needs. As a rough idea bar hire alone on a mid-week starts from £150.
Unlike a lot of venues if you have specific catering requirements that we are not able to provide we do allow external catering. There may be a slight additional charge for this but we will always ensure we work with you to match your budget and needs to the most accommodating way possible.
To ensure that you don't pay for something you don't want we don't automatically include anything in a basic price. We do however have a range of catering options available including hot and cold buffet, afternoon teas and three course meals.
Yes of course! You're welcome to come in and add as much decoration as you like. We do ask that you respect the fact that we are a Grade 1 listed building and ensure that you don't use anything that will leave a lasting mark. Alternatively we can source decorations for you as we have great relationships with local suppliers.
